The Loon dives and sees all of the happenings inside the water. Loon Clan are known as the inside chiefs and are responsible for settling disputes and issues within the community. We watch to ensure things are done in the right way, and work with the Crane Clan to make sure the right decisions get made for all members of the community.
This year's Orange Shirt Day print features the Loon Clan. This collaboration combines the talents of artist Kyla Kwandibens and James from Nish Tees.
Since so many have been impacted recently due to forest fires in the north, the proceeds from this year's shirt sales will be donated to assist in the rebuilding & reconstruction of the community of Whitesand First Nation.
