Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your ROM Boutique purchase. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days after receiving it to request a return for exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without approval cannot not be accepted.
Gift recipients will receive, via mail or email, a store credit in the form of a gift card matching the price paid by the purchaser, provided we can identify the original order. If you do not have the purchaser's packing slip, a store credit will be issued based on the item's lowest selling price.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We can only exchange merchandise that is in saleable condition. Gift Cards and shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. All clearance merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
