From a clay plaque of a man seated on a stool playing a harp. The original was hand-made by pressing clay into a mould. Old Babylonian period, ca. 2000 BC. Iraq near Baghdad.
It is not known for certain how such objects were used, but often they were left in the temple as a votive offering, a reminder of a person's visit.
