Rayed Heart Clear Goblet

Design taken from a goblet in the Rayed Heart pattern, made by the Dominion Glass Company, Montreal.  The pattern is based on a cut glass design made by several American cut glass firms in 1907 and reflects the popularity of designs derived from luxury "rich cut" glass. 

Each goblet is hand pressed, using the same method and soda glass formula as the original.  Such signs of hand crafting as tiny bubbles, hairline ridges and small variations in size may appear as they did on the original goblets and contribute to their charm and value.

As a pressed glass pattern, Rayed Heart is uniquely Canadian and original examples are rare and greatly prized by collectors.
